Leo Dilruk Tissera, born in late 90s is the luckiest
eldest of Mr. and Mrs. Tissera. Having completed his secondary education at
Ananda College with flying colors, Leo Dilruk Tissera became the charter member
at Leo Club of Hanwelipura. According to his belief this was the ideal platform
where he was able to explore his true potential in leadership. Serving as the
president of Leo Club of Hanwalipura he was able to lift his club to the next
level with the utmost dedication and passion towards Leoism.
With the strength
and courage, he gained by his experience he was able to render a great service
to Leiosm under two district presidents in the years of 13/14 and 14/15. In
year 2012/13 Leo Dilruk Tissera was awarded the Best Vice President at Multiple
Conference which was more than enough to prove his desire to serve the human
kind. With all these recognitions, Leo Dilruk was able to dive further into the
Leo leadership ladder becoming the District president program coordinator for
Club Performance and event management and an evaluator of Leo district 306C1 in
the year 2014/15.
