The 15th Annual Installation of Leo District Council 306 B1

The 15th Installation Ceremony of Leo District Council 306 B1 was successfully concluded on Sunday 1st September 2019 at Leo Youth Centre, Colombo 08. Lion Mahendran Perumal (Lions District Governor 306 B1) graced the event as the Chief Guest, while numerous key personalities made their presence.
